Zoomcar — Refund and payments | |||
I had my booking of zoomcar on 11th January 2022 Tuesday a Celirio AT . My booking was at 3:30 pm and when I go there the car was not available at the location . So since the ar was not available I was asked to wait . And it took them two hours to allot another car and hence I promised a refund of rs. 200 by one of the zoomcar executives for the lost 2hours of the booking. The next was allotted at 5:30 pm. It was said that the refund would be processed at sent in 24 to 48hours . And it has been 3 days past since the booking and I still haven't received my refund.
