[Resolved] Zoomcar — Refund ASAP | |||
Hi, I have booked a polo car on 26may2020 by paying 6, 757/- as they asked for the full payment and I have cancelled it on 10june2020 due to some reason. Till now I have not received my refund and it’s almost more than month now. I have emailed them for number of times. But they are not responding at all. Please help me with my refund. Do you have any responsibility towards customers?. Is this the way you provide support, how long do you take to refund?. I’am loosening my health because of you. You will surely be responsible if I had to face any sickness or issues pertaining to my health.
