I have booked zoom car from Hyderabad to tirupathi with booking ID JPS6NFHBY a round trip with a charges of Rs. 25476/- and additionally a security deposit of RS.1499/- was charged, because zoomcar didn't provided me the booked car at right time when I was with family on road along with 6 months baby, I have requested to cancel my Booking and requested the refund.but until now their is no response from the zoomcar. All my planning, money and my family time who are very excited to go for thirumala darshanam was wasted. Is this kind of doing business with others money. Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
