Zoomcar — Refund / Booking #JPS6N2C9W

Hi,
I cancelled my ZOOMCAR booking #JPS6N2C9W on 1 Nov, for which pickup was on 3 Nov 01:00 AM. Its been around 45 days and I have not got my refund amount.
I wrote a number of mails and tried contacting through call but I got no replies on emails and they dont pick up the call.
I am attaching the copies of emails and screenshots of booking in their android application.
Kindly look into the issue.
