I have booked the zoomcar for 7 April from 4am to 5pm
I reached the location for pickup but the car was unavailable, The start time was from 4am. At 4:21 I got the message from owner at zoomcar that the car is not available. After reaching the location it was really a torture thing as all my plan got cancelled as it was booked for some emergency purpose. I faced a lot of trouble and had to bear great expenses since I came really far from my home to pick the car for some emergency purpose. There are no proper management of customer support in situation like these. I tried mailing them and calling them standing there but got no response from them. Then after raising complain ticket on zoomcar app, I had to cancel the booking forcefully. The next day, I started mailing them until today, I called customer support 4 times today, and everytime they are saying that since we cancelled the booking, they won't refund the amount. We have proofs of car not being available and raising a ticket and calling customer care before cancelling but they did not provide a solution to the problem so we cancelled the booking. Also, they should have some management to avoid fraud registrations of rental cars.
