I had booked Ertiga car with pickup and drop location at Borivali West which was around 500 metres from my house with booking ID - JPSN7YYQ9. However, on receiving final confirmation and exact location of car on the day of trip, it showed us Triber Car at Thane location pickup and drop.
We were extremely shocked and upset since this resulted us in additional cost for travelling to Thane pickup location which is approx 50 kms away. This increased our travel time by 2 hours due to detour - additional cost for travelling and petrol since our travel distance increased.
Also, we had booked Ertiga since we were a group of 7 people with luggage. We were shocked at no boot space in Triber where we managed only 1 handbag. Experience was highly uncomfortable since there was no petrol at the start of trip, car was not clean, no boot space, and Fasttag was not working.
I had called up your live assistance number on 09th July as well as on 10th July post completing trip and they assured me full refund of car booking fees and 50% refund of Toll payments.
I have been continuously following up for same but refund for cab charges have not been refunded. Was this information helpful? |
