Hi I am writing this again to file my complaint regarding my zoomcar booking which was 15th May 2023.
I have a booked a car for my 5 day trip but when i reached the pick up location for my car pick up.
The car was already very damaged which was not show or communicated while i was booking the car.
I have paid a large amount for my booking, and looking at the condition of the car i had to cancel my booking without even starting my trip.
I have following up with them but no action is being taken yet regarding my refund its been a month now and this is very very disappointing.
Please look into this issue of mine,
