Zoomcar — Refund for False booking

Booked a car on Zoomcar, but when I reached the pickup location, the owner of the car stated that the car is not in a condition to be driven and has conveyed the same to Zoomcar but the company hasn’t rectified the same.
I got a charged Rs. 4200 for a car that wasn’t given to me. Tried calling the customer care and was on call for 4 hours but no revert from there side too.
Please raise this concern because Zoomcar is not helpful at all in this matter
