Zoomcar — Refund for no allotment of car

Address:Falcon Stay Electronic city phase 1

I booked a Zoom car on 14th of May. The entire money was deducted and i did not get the refund.

I am unable to get in touch with the customer care team, and when I try to contact the customer care I recieve a message saying that i do not have any recent booking.

No car was allotted to me and it's still showing to select a vehicle for the ride even though it's more than 15 days.

Please help me in getting back the refund
