I booked the zoomcar for my trip on 15th may to 20th may. But when I reached at the location to get the car, i found that the car was severely damaged, the car had it headlight broken severe scratches and dents on all side of the car.I tried reaching out the zoomcar but nobody responded, i also requested the host to cancel the car for which i was denied also.
Later i had to cancel my booking of the car because i had booked it for a long road trip for 5 days and looking at the car no one would thought of taking that car. With great disappointment i had to cancel my booking without even unlocking the car and starting the trip. After that i have been trying to get my refund from zoomcar but nobody is responding and neither showing any concern with my issue, i have paid a big amount for my booking.
