I booked a Zoomcare for 25th March 2023 at 9:30 am and the drop-off was supposed to be on the 26th of March, 2023 at 6:00 pm from Guwahati, India.

When we reach the pick-up spot, I open my Zoomcar mobile application to start the trip, the booking details show up as
Pick up - 25th March 2023 - 10:30 pm
Drop-off - 27th March 2023 - 6:00 am

When I tried calling the Customer Support team, the Support Executive provided me with a WhatsApp number and asked me to share the first booking confirmation that I had received from Zoomcar
After making us wait for 30 mins in the scorching heat, there was no response from them.
I tried calling the Customer Support team again, and this team acknowledged that there is a discrepancy on Zoomcar's end and promised me that they will cancel the booking from their end and refund the amount within 7 working days.
I clearly mentioned, no matter what, I will not manually cancel the booking on my end and Zoomcar will need to cancel it because the issue is on their end.
The situation happened on the 25th of March 2023, and today as I write the complaint it is the 27th of May, 2023 and there has been no refund from Zoomcar.
To add to the inconvenience, the booking still shows that I need to select another car and the booking is not cancelled (file attached below).
Upon checking the terms and conditions of the refund policy, I see that it takes about 30 days to process a refund (proof attached below), whereas, I was told that I will receive my refund in 7 days by the Customer Support Team.
I have tried contacting Zoomcar Support 4 times after that from different numbers but every time I am put on hold because apparently, all their Customer Representatives are busy assisting other customers.
Therefore, I would like to raise a serious complaint to Indian Consumer Complaint Forum and request the esteemed team to look into this matter and serve justice to its citizens who are being robbed this way.
I look forward to a response from the concerned team eagerly.
