Zoomcar — Refund has not been initiated since 6 months for JPS6NPUG9 | |
I had booked a self drive car on zoomcar for 18th of June, 2020 and the trip ended on 19th of June, 2020. The booking Id is JPS6NPUG9. The security money and the fuel expenses that were to be refunded was Rs. 4758. It has been almost 6 months now and the money has not been refunded. Despite multiple mails, calls and tweets I am yet to receive the refund. I am given false promises on the refund but haven't received it yet. Please refund my money, I had booked for emergency during covid-19 and still regretting that. Was this information helpful? | |
