We booked a car, and reached the destination through CAB and upon reaching the destination we come to know that, the Car isn't in the condition to start and, the owner isn't willing to give the car to us and his reply was that, I had already removed the car from Zoom car app due to it's inefficiency. After talking with zoom car's representative, he made us sure that, our Cab expenditure would be refunded but its been 7days the amount hasn't been refunded. Neither there has been any contact from there side, It was such a mental harrasment from there side at 2am in the night.
