Zoomcar — Refund is pending from Zoomcar

I had booked a zoomcar with booking id as JPS6NAPVD for September 18th 2020. Without any prior intimation, zoomcar themselves cancelled this booking on September 13th 2020 and told that refund is initiated. The booking was for an amount of 9700 rupees and the same was the amount to be refunded. Its been more than a month now and still refund is not done. I had called their customer care number atleast 5 times and now they have disabled the facility to talk to their customer care executive from my mobile number. I haven't received the refund and how can you mark it as resolved!! Let me get the refund amount first and then we shall have the talk. My issue shall not be marked as resolved with such flimsy justifications. And we are not dealing with small amount money too.
