I attached my vehicle in Zoom Car Host for Oct 2022 month. Inspite of having their own tracking device & app with uploaded image by us, they always levy wrong fuel charges in our bills, And there is always refund issue. Further on around 20th Oct, my car was caught by cops with guest for using white board car and was asking heavy penalty. Both myself and guest tried to approach customer care, but failed and forcefully paid penalty to cops. Zoom Car is taking 40% of our revenue but no sharing in this loss and expenses.
From 1st Nov I kept my car for personal use for some 15 days, and today I got message my car has been listed from 4th to 9th Nov for booking. I have not done this booking, its automated, and we don't have the option to cancel this listing. Further as per their policy, I will be chargeable for cancelling the booking in listing period. I tried to approach CC with this issue, they disconnected the call 2-3 times without giving proper solution. At last when I told I will put this to Consumer Grievances, they gave the solution by blocking my car for 15 days, which can result in bad credibility of my vehicle.
