Zoomcar — Refund issue

I booked a car (I20) for 10 days. The car was supposed to be delivered on 1 jun 2020 at 9am but when i reached the location (Sana kirana store bilal nagar) at 8:30 am i did not find the car and reached their customer service. First she told me that they will deliver it at 9am, i waited until 9:10 am and also tried to contact her but to no avail. At 9:15 am when i took a cab back i got a call from them asking me to go to shamshad to pick up the car i told it was not possible for me but asked them to deliver the car to my location and also offered to pay extra but they said it was not possible for them and said they my full money will be refunded in 14 days. Then after one week i call the customer service and they told me the refund was not yet initiated but however they have kept it in process now and will take another 2 weeks. Then after 2 days i called to know the status of my refund and they said it will be done in two weeks. Since they i tried to reach out to them through calls and many emails but to no avail. Today it's been 23 days and my money is not refunded.
