Zoomcar — Refund Issue, I cancelled my booking 120 days before. | |
I want to know my refund status for my booking is JPS6N1UBK. Actually I cancelled my booking on 6th June 2020(120days before), But still now I didn't get my refund on my bank account. Already I was raised my complaint more than 30 time on the call and more than 50 times on mail. But the replay from zoom car through mail is none of times and over the phone, customer care executive said two weeks of time for every time. But still result was same(didn't get refund amount). Finally I registered the complaint over the phone on 17 September 2020 and they said two weeks of time. But now the customer care number is not connected through the customer executive. So I want my amount to my original payment mode ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |
