Zoomcar — Refund Issue on my booking JPS6NECD9 and JPS6NEHZO

I booked Tata Hexa on zoomcar but due incorrect time slot I cancelled the booking (JPS6NECD9) for a refund of Rs. 2, 011/- is pending since 19-Sep-2020. Then I rebooked Scorpio with booking ID JPS6NEHZO for which I am waiting for security deposit refund that 999 and also I uploaded fuel bill for refund.

For fuel bill I was assured it will get refunded in 2 working days. Total rs. 3, 499/- is pending on booking JPS6NEHZO.

When I called customer care I could not found any option on IVR to talk to any support representative as I am not having any active booking.

If this portal can help me, I will thankful.
