I booked a zoomcar and the car I've received is really bad condition.
1 - Clutch doesn't work at all
2 - There's a weird noise when you turn the car right or left
3 - It won't pick up on first gear at times
Booking was made for 24 hours but within 1 hour of booking I spoke to Vinayak from Zoomcar and he said I should park the car back from where I picked up and my booking will be cancelled.
Obviously after 4 hours it didn't happen so I called again informing that the car has been parked and nobody's picked it up neither my booking is cancelled. That's when one of the agent helped me complete the booking and promised that I'll get refund for unused time and kilometres, which I'm fine with.
I drove the car for an hour out of the actual 24 hour booking, so i[censored] wish to deduct that amount please go ahead.
But since then Zoomcar has been avoiding this issue and says the same thing on twitter "Our concerned team is working on it"
But for how long? It's been 10 days already.
Infact someone recently tried to tell me that there were no problems at all with the car, then why did the agent complete my booking early and why did I not drive the car even though I had paid for it? But rather I decided to take Ola cab instead
The car was in a bad condition and could have landed us in an accident which is why I decided to give it back. Please issue a refund immediately
