[Resolved] Zoomcar — Refund money is not refunded yet | |||||
I had booked a zoomcar on 8th june and had paid the deposit of 2000 rs, which was supposed to be refunded back to me in 7-10 business days. It's July 17 today, and after tonnes of complaints, requests to get a call back from the customer service I haven't yet recieved my money. Nor a call from the customer executives. Their policy states that they would give back my refund max by 10-15 days yet I've been calling everyday and registering complaints to get my refund back. Yet no mail/ message or a call have I received from zoomcar! I request you to take action against them and Please give me money and justice. Was this information helpful? | |||||
