Zoomcar — Refund not credited | |||
I cancelled a booking well in advance and I was supposed to get a refund in 5-7 days for the cancelled booking. The refund amount is for Rs. 6940/- and zoomcar is talking rudely over the phone that they will do it as soon as possible but not giving me a timeline. This is unacceptable. On top of this there is another completed booking with them where i am supposed to get a reimbursement for the fuel since that was additionally paid from my pocket inspite of taking the fuel package and the refund for that is around Rs. 1500/- which is also pending. The total amount that i am supposed to receive is around Rs. 8500/-. Pl lease assist as zoomcar is just not responding to calls and emails. Was this information helpful? | |||
