I had made a booking with Zoomcar in December (Booking ID: JPS69YRPN) in Manipal, Karnataka, India. I had made a payment of INR 2097 for this booking. However, the booking was cancelled by the Zoomcar service provider on the morning for which the booking was made (December 5th 2021). This was done in a very unprofessional manner - I was called at 5:00 AM in the morning for the cancellation. This entire experience with Zoomcar was extremely inconvenient as we had made the booking well in advance.
In any case, I had spoken to the operators at the Zoomcar call centre to request a refund at the earliest. It has been more than 90 days since the cancellation made by Zoomcar, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! I am not even able to speak to someone at the call centre regarding this issue since the automated message reports that I do not have any current bookings with Zoomcar. I have reached out via email, Twitter, website, and app - not received a response ANYWHERE.
My entire experience with Zoomcar has been truly disastrous and continues to be so. Needless to say, I will never be using the services again or recommending anybody else to do so. Their response has been abysmal and absolutely unprofessional. I demand my FULL REFUND immediately. Was this information helpful? |
