I have completed my trip on 5th June 20120. Till now refund has not taken place. During the initial trials, I could speak to customer care twice in two weeks after lot of trials. They said it will be refunded in one week time. No response after that. I tried the customer care number lot of times. Tried on this number also..."[protected]". No response.
There are no options in the IVR to speak to customer care. Wrote my complaint through the APP so many times. But no response till now.
I don't see a way. Please extend your help if possible.
