Zoomcar — Refund not given even after 30 days. | |||
I booked a zoomcar through app on 29th October. I gave them the car on time and in proper condition and was told i will get my refund within 10-14 days. Today is 3rd December and it's been MORE THAN 30 days and even in their policy it is written that i will get my refund within 30 days and i still haven't received it. I have tried calling the customer care number a thousand times now and they do not even pick up, I haven't been able to talk to even one executive since now. I'll wait maximum two days for any reply or my refund if i do not get any reply I will move to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
