I Aaryan booked a Breeza MT diesel (UPI4DDNI311) with the ID JPSNCO1CU for December 28th. The pickup time was 1 p.m., and we were supposed to pick up and drop off the car near Bharat Gas (East Jyoti Nagar, Shahdara, New Delhi) )on Saturday, December 31st. It was a round trip, and a payment of Rs 8321 was made.
Surprisingly, on December 28th, we were told about the unavailability of a car. We're still looking into different Zoom Car options. Finally, we received a vehicle around 4 p.m., and we were asked to make a new payment of Rs. 10, 000 to the vendor, which was paid via UPI. The booking was made using the phone number of Aaryan Gupta, M# [protected].
To date, no one has initiated the refund. There are no options for raising the complaint or an interactive website to address my queries.
The number[protected] is out of order, toll-free number calls can't be made via Airtel phone as it has special charges, therefore, the call gets disconnected. Usually, toll-free numbers do not have monetary obligations.
Please adjust the Rs. 10, 215 payment and refund the amount of Rs. 8321. I've been waiting for a response from your end for a month now, but it's all been in vain. Could you expedite the refund process? Was this information helpful? |
