Zoomcar — Refund not initiated for Booking id JPSN75TV8

Dear Zoomcar team,

It is so sad and only reason why we started booking from revv car. But this time due to unavailability of vehicle on our dates on revv. I was forced to book zoomcar. Past experiences were not that bad. But this time it was terrible. Right from picking up car to end the trip.
I picked up a car exactly at 5.58 am. There were few papers lying around in glove box. I considered it as documents and went ahead to pick up my family and luggage. I thought i should check documents and started checking papers. They were some hotel booking waste papers, also some chocolate wrapper were lying over the glove box and some at the bottle holder. Rear passenger side car was stinking and some more chocolate wrappers were left behind.

So thought of calling helpline to get this rectified but to surprise call was not picked up till 6.45. my first call answered exactly after 0.5 hrs. Executive connected me to the host. He said he will send me papers over the whatsapp. He send me wrong one. Also he didnt realise it and me too. He send me the right one next day afternoon. But still puc were missing. Still managed and took a risk.

After complete around 90 kms, there was sign on dashboard which was engine malfunction or warning related to it...then after few more kilometers, there was a sign of TRACTION CONTROL SYSTEM adjacent to engine malfunction warning sign. Because of which there was no pick up or dropped down and we had pulled our car.

I contacted breakdown assistance on helpline number and notified them about such problem. We were worried because we were in middle of such place where help was not really or quickly be possible.

First executive told us to wait for half and hour and breakdown team will call, but there was no call till next 45 mins, another promise time was 15 mins, but still no one showed up..third time was to wait for 10 mins...still no call. So i thought to drive slowly and show it to nearest local mechanic who can at least understand what is the problem whether it is major or minor. I received call exactly after 2 hrs and 05 mins. It was Mr. Saurabh who called me and make understand that it can be fixed by showing it to local workshop and expenses can be reimbursed by zoomcar later and upto rs. 5000.

I was said to drive slowly and take it to workshop to get it fixed as we were denied for replacement of another car. Option was either to declare a complete breakdown of vehicle and it will be towed and we have to arrange our pick up or source need to be managed by our own or just to drive slowly and take it to workshop. I was scared, wasted almost 2 hrs, was with family, it was raining heavily, planning was for another 4.5 day. Stuck with so many thoughts and felt really helpless.

Assured by Saurabh we went to workshop and got it fixed and billed for Rs. 1875. I have uploaded bill related to this.

Concern still stays because whenever we wanted to use air condition of the car it was sometimes working sometimes it wasnt. I believe there was cooling issue with the car. Majorly while going climate was pleasant and we didnt use much of the ac in the car. But while coming back on 28th july. Whole day it was sunny and around 30° temp, where we wanted to use ac, but it just kept troubling a lot.

This vehicle had given lot of trouble and we were just not happy with it. Entire family was like kept praying to make us reach safely.

I dont know why such type of car in existence with zoomcar. Where car documents were missing, front boot opening issue, rear boot also doesnt stay on it own. There are so many problem in this car. Host is suppose to either fix all problem and then to share car on zoomcar platform. Im sure this is not been taken care by both zoomcar and host of the car.

Zoomcar is putting life in danger of innocent people.

This is surely need to be addressed by higher authorities of zoomcar and not to allow such type of car to stay in zoomcar platform. Just for few earning, this is seriously dangerous. Thats the whole point where revv car is much better and safe. Where they provide home delivered car with all safety checks done by themselves and on completion of trip they have pick up service too. It was my bad that on my required dates car wasnt available and i had to comeback to zoomcar. There are no standards been maintained while giving car to use. Also, least bothered helpline numbers, where they answer a call after a long hold and you dont receive a perfect solution to it.

Im attaching all my fuel bills because when i refueled it. I left a excess of petrol in the car. Please evaluate the kms done with all the bills.

Another thing is again im attaching the repair bill and payment done status as a ready reference.

I have received a ticket raised 1090000 on the above sent email to zoomcar. it is 24 hrs now, but no reply.
