Zoomcar — Refund not initiated from zoomcar | |||
Hi i have done swift car booking with fuel on 16 th August 2020 (booking ID JPS6N04W5), but while delivering zoom delivery person told swift is not available and instead he told he will provide baleno.I agreed. But there was less fuel in the car. Then i called car delivery person and told about fuel. He told to fill and upload the fuel receipt of 1000 rs in zoom app. Still i didn't receive my refund amount. I have attached booking reference and fuel receipt in this mail Was this information helpful? | |||
