I have booked a zoomcar in April and on 25th May when I was expecting the car to be delivered at my door step, I got a call from zoomcar executive saying cars are not available and that they have to cancel my booking. They promised to initiate the refund with in 24 hrs. Its more than 5 months and still they haven't done that.
First they have cancelled my booking at last minute and in addition to that they are not refunding the payment which I made. My booking id is JPS6N1UQG.
