Zoomcar — REFUND NOT ISSUED even after 30 days policy and multiple follow ups | |
Hello, I have TWO REFUNDS (amounting to TOTAL of 6817/-) pending since DECEMBER 2020. Have mailed on zoom car portal multiple times and tried calling customer care numerous times too. But this is a huge disappointment that comes from the most esteemed car rental firm of India, that even after they ask to wait for painstaking 30days for the refund to reflect, its taking more than double the time. I understand that as an established firm, this might be a very nominal amount, but this is a materially big deal for me. Please find the booking screenshots attached for your reference. I haven't been contacted our issued any refund. It seems zoomcar couldn't care less even when consumer forum informed about the complaint lodged two weeks ago.
