I did a booking(ID: JPSNCHHA3) on 24th Feb 2023, by paying 5265. But they did not allowed me to start the ride as there was outstanding balance of 1005 on my previous Booking(ID: JPS62O7YC) but even after paying that balance 3 times that was not updating on the app. Even the backend team confirmed that they have received the pending balance 3 times, i even shared bank statement.
So now i have 2 pending refunds from Booking ID: JPS62O7YC of total amount : 2010
And one pending refund from booking ID: JPSNCHHA3 of total: 5265
Its been one week and still no refund has been given.
They are not even responding to the email.
Earlier they said i will get the refund in 24-48 hrs and now they are in silence.
I also need compensation for the loss i incurred because of not being able to start the ride which i had booked by paying 5262
