Zoomcar — Refund not processed even after 6 months | |
I made two bookings, in July (JPS6N59WB) and August (JPS6NDHII). The refunds from both the bookings were INR 999 and INR 2, 500 respectively. In a clear violation of their own refund policy, the refunds have not been processed even after a period of more than 6 months from the date of completion of the trips. Also the fact that their executives are not directly reachable and the customer support does not respond to the complaints made via the mobile app is suspicious. I request zoomcar to look into this and process the refund as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
