I Booked a zoom car from 8 Dec 2023 to 9 Dec 2023. In the middle of my trip, car got breakdown.
We tried contacting (host)owner and zoom support, both of them are not responding or picking up the call. After 4 hours, host contacted me and I explained the situation and said host will take care. After 8 hours from the breakdown of the car, Zoom support contacted me and i explained the whole situation and he asked me.to send photos of the car to the mail id. After 2 days they closed the ticket and mark it as resolved and there is no response from after that. The breakdown car has been serviced and listed in app for booking.
The Trip is still going on and it is not ended .
I've repeatedly contacted support but no one picks up. Was this information helpful? |
