Zoomcar — Refund not processed in 4 months, booking id - JPS6NFXYP

Booking (JPS6NFXYP) cancelled in December and no refund yet, policy says 1 month to process refund ( even that is non sense ). I remember I had met with an accident and owed ₹10000 to zoomcar, they started chasing me in 2 days, I couldn't pay because I had to take care of my parents. I won't accept just a refund now, you pay me interest, pay me for my time and a penalty for such irresponsibility. How many people refunds are you holding on to, I see your Twitter handle is full of people crying for refunds?
