Zoomcar — Refund not processed - JPS6N1GSC | |
I cancelled my booking on 7th july 2020. The refund amount shows up under refund processing page of zoomcar but they are not taking any step further. I called and wrote mails to zoomcar many times. But every time i received same reply, "you would get refund within few weeks, sorry for delay due to covid-19 situation." Its been 2 months now. Refund my money!!
