Zoomcar — Refund not processed since a month

We rented a car on 18th of November 2020 in which we had paid a deposit of Rs.1500 plus we did Rs.800 fuelling. Technically zoomcar had to refund Rs.2300 but they haven't given even a penny and moreover we cannot even contact them as they have removed the option of calling and the only thing we can do is mail them, to which they never reply. This is a serious scam going on right now I think these guys are just enjoying on people's hard earned money
