It has been more than 30 days since i cancelled my booking on zoomcar, but still i have not received my refund amount from zoomcar. It shows in the app the the refund is pending but still i have not received any details regarding the details of my refund. This is unacceptable as they demand payment upfront and cause that much delay in just refunding the amount they take and its quite infuriating that they can't even reply to the complaints even after diversifying their customer service in India. Even after sending a bunch of complaint emails from my side, there is still no response.
I had paid Rs 8661 on February 25 and their refund policy states that the money will be refunded in 30 days. I have contacted them numerous times but still no answer from their side. They are using nefarious means to scam and cheat the customers which is totally unacceptable. Was this information helpful? |
