I have cancelled my car booking
Booking id:-JPSNCH0H5,
Booking date:26th Feb, 2023
and it's written there you'll receive refund by 27th, 2023 Feb but no amount is credited to my bank account.
I tried calling and by email so that I can get any update but no response from zoomcar customer care service.
This is my sincere request to solve this matter as soon as possible.
As we expect a better service if we're paying on prior basis so we should receive it back also as per policy.
