Zoomcar — refund not received booking id: jps6n01o8

Hi zoomcar support,
I have not received refund of inr 2500/- for fuel for booking: jps6n01o8
In app it shows as refund pending.

Also zoomcar helpline is not helpful for any completed trips.
Have raised this issue multiple times via email on app.

Dear Zoomcar Support,
I didnot hear any update from your end regarding the refund.
It will be now over 2 months since the day car was submitted back and bills were uploaded to zoomcar.
I am highly disappointed!!!
