Zoomcar Team, I am highly upset with your service. This was not expected from you. You have cheated. Its almost 2 months and I have been waiting for my refund. At this time when everyone is struggling to survive, this is what you do. I have seen so many of your customers being cheated this way on many of your posts. I want an answer to when I will get my refund. I need my money back. I have been trying to reach out to you since a long time. But you stopped accepting calls, unless we have a current booking. I have requested for call back a 100 times and also raised my concern many times through your app.. Yet there has been no response. I need to know when your goin to refund my amount.
