Zoomcar — Refund not received even after 50 days

Zoomcar is not refunding my amount for my canceled booking.

I have been waiting for 50 days. no response for the emails I sent. and not able to reach their customer care via their customer care number.

It's been around 3 months since I raised this complaint.
its been around 5 months, that I am due to receive the return from Zoomcar.

but no help or refund received from Zoomcar.
