Zoomcar — Refund not received for 3 bookings

I have cancelled two bookings and refund is still pending it's been more than 20 days

And another refund for fuel is also pending

Booking id details : jps6ny6pf, jps6ny6a5, jps6nyzhc

My credit card statement is generated and have to pay for the thing i didn't use

Don't how zoom car can be so pathetic with their service.
