Zoomcar — Refund not received for my booking

I took a Ford ecosport from 28th October 2020 to Nov 2nd 2020 with fuel included, my issue is two fold:
1. They didn't account for all fuel bills
2. They are yet to send my refund amount.

Issue is not resolved even after multiple attempts to contact them, in their app even if we click on "call" it points to email.
