Zoomcar — Refund not received for my bookings | |
Team, in the month of august I booked two trips with Zoom car. one trip was cancelled by myself and one trip I completed. I did not received the refund amount for both trips. completed trip ID- JPS6NDCKI -- Amount --1000/- Cancelled trip ID- JPS6N0ABE-- Amount--3259/- I tried to contact via customer care number and mail but no response from Zoom car team Was this information helpful? | |
