Zoomcar — Refund not received from 3 months

Hi,

It has been 3 months since refund of my last booking has not been received.
Trip was completed on 30th may and a amount of 2410 wasn't received.
When i'm trying to contact zoom team they have no customer care number in proper working state, so i dropped several mail regarding my concern, but not a single acknowledgment received.

This is the worst of zoomcar, never faced something before like this, but this time they made me clear why not to go for zoomcar?

Please take an action to process my refund.

Yet not contacted. They are doing fraud only. No responses from their side. Please some one look into it priority.
