I had booked zoom car in 2022 April. They wasted my whole day by booking wrong car in wrong place. After this they made me take cab to another place promising they will reimburse cab bill. At the end of returning the car, they also had promised to refund the fuel bill, if we top up the tank. How ever both concerns have not been met and their customer care has been tricking me for months in email. This is one of such sample reply from them. How ever i have not recieved any refund sofar.
"I understand your concern regarding the cab bill refund for the booking ID: JPSN7JT4U. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I shall surely help you with this.
As per we promised the cab bill has been initiated to your source account on 11th July 22 and the same will get credited to your account in 5 to 7 working days from the date of refund processing. The same can be checked in the Zoomcar application." Was this information helpful? |
