Zoomcar — Refund not received from since 2 months | |
I have booked zoom car on 6th October. While picking up the car it's condition was not good. So I requested to get the another one. But due to unavailability of the car they neglected to replace it. On 7th during travelling to Nashik back left tyre was wobbling. So we raised a complaint against it. As per zoomcar request I have check the car in garage. Garage guys suggested to change all 4 tyres as it was not in a good condition. So I informed the zoomcar team and even I was not agreed to do so and suggest to take back the car or send the another one. But zoomcar has suggested to take the car by towing and agreed to give the refund. But still its been a 2 months I have not received it's refund. I have followed for this multiple time.
