Zoomcar — Refund not received from Zoomcar for multiple UPI payments

Address:7th Floor, Tower-B, Diamond District, 150, HAL Airport Road, Kodihalli, Bangalore – 560008

For my booking ID : JPS64CGKB, I had to pay 4410 Rs.

When I paid the first time, the customer care team told me they have not received the amount and hence asked me to do the payment again. I kept doing this 3 times and the customer support team kept refusing that payment is not received.
Finally, I had to make the payment 4th time via a payment link they sent to my email.

I confirmed with Paytm and my SBI bank, that the payment was made to Zoomcar all 4 times.
They have not refunded the money for the 3 times extra that they received this payment.

Please help me get a refund of Rs 13, 230 (4410*3)
