Booked a car on April 15th.

The car was not available at the location. Waited for 1 hr at location. Contacted customer care, They asked to cancel the booking and said full refund will be initiated.
Had to cancel all my plans.
Didn’t receive any mail regarding the refund initiation even after 2 days. Tried to contact customer care and they are repeatedly saying I have to raise the ticket through chat bot.
Every time I tried to raise ticket and type my concern in chatbot, I receive the message “your ticket will issued and you will get a mail and your issue will resolved in 24-48 hours”. But no mail comes after that. It is really a headache!!
Finally on Sunday 23rd Apr, I was able to get a ticket number in chatbot and received mail saying ticket has been raised.
After two days, 25th April I received mail from customer care support that my issue has been registered and will be resolved in next 24 to 48 hours.
No refund initiation mail or contact from their end I received after that. When I go to chatbot and click on update on my previous tickets, I am getting a message no existing tickets. And again I am not able to get the ticket number.
It is almost 2 weeks since the booking and it is hard to get the refund for the money I paid.
