Zoomcar — Refund not yet issued and non-contactable and no response from Zoomcar | |
My booking number is JPS6NEO9B and i booked on September 16, 2020 and also cancelled the same on the very same day as my driving license was not approved by Zoomcar. Now ever since that date till now i have not received the refund amount. Further, the Customer Care has no option at all that we can reach out to them for asking any status update of the money that we just invested. Neither on the app that numerous emails (the term that they use) that we submitted and no response have been received. Firstly, they take money without approving the driving license. Secondly, no ways to find out any status of the refunds that we want back. Thirdly, it is stated that refund shall come in 30 days and in this case this has been more than 30 days and still not received. Lastly, in case if our usage is higher than as booked we are charged extra, do i get anything extra on delayed refunds. Was this information helpful? | |
