I had booked a 7 seater vehicle from 27th Jan2023 to 5th feb, After a great difficulty I reached the vehicle, the owner gave the key and after 3- 4 attemts the vehicle started and within 15feet it stopped, the owner checked again and informed me, the battery has to be replaced and will take time, we informed the zoomcar support, as there was no equivalent vehicle availalbe they canceled the vehicle and informed the amount will be refunded, 30days up no refund, no customer care is reachable from the app after that, all false office address, no message or email from the zoomcar... My booking ID JPSNCLSQN..
